Job Responsibilities:
The candidate would be handling activities such as managing budgets and expenses, vendor management and contract negotiation, ensuring a sufficient supply of resources for the office, employee engagement, training and development, and discipline.
The candidate will also be arranging the necessary documents’ flow (everything related to hiring, dismissal, employment contracts, etc.), handling the on-boarding of new employees, and assisting in various administrative tasks.
Job Qualifications –
- Have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Human Resource, Economics or related areas • High GPA •
- Experience in a multinational company
- Experience in vendor management and contracts negotiations
- Excellent command of English, proficient in MS Office and MS Outlook
- Ethical conduct, excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented • Able to work full-time
